Treatment and Therapy Options:

Chiropractic Spinal Manipulation: involves moving a joint beyond its usual range of motion but not beyond the range of motion the joint is designed to move, anatomically speaking.

The goal of chiropractic adjustment is to relieve pain and improve your body’s physical function.

Massage Therapy: The working of superficial and deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue using various techniques, to enhance function, aid in the healing process, and promote relaxation and well-being.

Auto Injury Case Management: Auto Injury education empowering those recovering from auto accidents. We strive to ease the burden of recovery by providing options, tailoring treatments, and managing the details of your care.

Electrical Nerve and Muscle Stimulation Therapy: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) certifies and releases EMS devices into two broad categories: over-the counter devices (OTC), and prescription devices. OTC devices are marketable only for muscle toning; prescription devices can only be purchased with a medical prescription for therapy and should be used under supervision of an authorized practitioner, for the following uses:

Relaxation of muscle spasms;
Prevention or retardation of disuse atrophy;
Increasing local blood circulation;
Muscle re-education;
Immediate post-surgical stimulation of calf muscles to prevent venous thrombosis;
Maintaining or increasing range of motion.

Intersegmental Traction: Intersegmental traction is delivered through the use of a traction table. It is a table that you lay down on (on your back) and there are rollers just underneath the surface of the table. These rollers are adjusted for your condition and weight to gently and specifically elongate and stretch your spinal joints and muscles.

This benefits in reduction and prevention of muscle spasm and begins to reestablish normal range of motion for your spinal joints (each vertebrae). When your muscles become more relaxed and vertebrae begin to move normally your vertebral discs now have their normal space and can return to their normal position and functioning.

This also helps to prevent abnormal wear and tear on the vertebral discs and vertebrae which in turn prevent further injury and reduce the arthritis process.

Physical Rehabilitation: A branch of medicine that aims to enhance and restore functional ability and quality of life to those with physical impairments or disabilities. Restoring optimal function to people with injuries to the muscles, bones, tissues, and nervous system.
